- If an item is unavailable or its price changes, we may offer a substitute or update the price and notify you when required.
- Minimum order amounts and delivery fees depend on your village or area.
3. Delivery times
Shown delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, stock issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Perishable products and quality
Fresh and perishable items may vary in appearance, weight, or size. We aim for suitable quality for each order, but we do not guarantee that every product fully matches its photo or description. See also the Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
5. Your responsibility
- Provide a correct name, phone number, and delivery address/location
- Be available or arrange receipt at the delivery location
- Check the order on receipt and report issues within the period in the Refund Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azhar Tawseel and Mahal Saleh are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, stock shortages, network or app outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

We work to keep the app available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, faults, or poor connectivity. Use of the app is under normal service conditions at your own responsibility for connectivity and device suitability.
